A premium membership network needs more than a beautiful website — every application, newsletter signup and member login has to land in the right place, automatically.

Design Executive Council brings together VPs, SVPs, CDOs and board directors leading design at the world's largest organisations. The site needed to feel as considered as its members, while quietly connecting membership applications, the CRM, the newsletter and the private member community.

We designed a custom website, built it in Webflow, and connected it to the tools that run the membership.

HubSpot powers the CRM and forms, with Zapier workflows moving data between HubSpot, Beehiiv for the newsletter, and Circle for the members' community. We also built the member onboarding workflow and email sequences across HubSpot and Zapier, so every new member is welcomed, set up and guided through their first steps automatically. Memberstack adds member logins and gated, members-only content directly on the Webflow site — so research reports and exclusive resources are only available to the people they're meant for.
