✦ How it works

From plan to launch.

You see the site working early on a staging link, and review it at every step before it goes live.

  1. Step 01 / 05

    01

    Plan

We agree the platform, the page templates, the integrations and the content plan, and map every existing URL that needs a redirect.

You get: Technical plan, sitemap and redirect map

  2. Step 02 / 05

    02

    Design or adapt

We design the site ourselves, or review your Figma files and flag anything that needs a decision before we build — states, breakpoints and edge cases.

You get: Approved designs, ready to build

  3. Step 03 / 05

    03

    Build

We build the theme, templates and modules on a staging site, connect your forms and tools, and set up the CMS so your team can edit safely.

You get: A working staging site you can click through

  4. Step 04 / 05

    04

    Test

We test on real devices and browsers, check speed and accessibility, and run through every form, redirect and integration before launch.

You get: Test report and fixes

  5. Step 05 / 05

    05

    Launch & handover

We launch at a quiet time, submit the sitemap, watch Search Console and analytics, and train your team on the CMS.

You get: Live site, training and documentation

Ask a question
Which platform should we build on?+

It depends on what the site has to do and who will run it. Shopify suits most online stores, HubSpot suits teams whose sales and marketing already live in HubSpot, Webflow suits design-led marketing sites, and WordPress suits large content libraries. We recommend one in the proposal and explain why.

Can you build from our own designs?+

Yes. Many of our builds start from a client's Figma files. We review them first and ask about anything the designs don't cover yet — mobile layouts, hover and error states, empty states — so the finished site matches what you approved.

Will our team be able to update the website?+

Yes. We build sections and modules your team can add, reorder and edit without touching code, and we include CMS training before handover.

Do you migrate content and keep our SEO?+

Yes. We map every existing URL to its new address with 301 redirects, carry over titles, meta descriptions and structured data, and watch Search Console after launch so any issues are fixed quickly.

How long does a website build take?+

It depends on the number of page templates, integrations and how ready the content is. We give you a timeline in the proposal and share a staging link early, so you can see progress throughout.

Do you help after launch?+

Yes. We fix anything that comes up after go-live and can stay on for updates, new pages and improvements if you'd like ongoing help.
